Mike is a pilot and aircraft mechanic for
Africa Inland Mission. Based in
Kenya, Mike flies to many places in East Africa.
Missionary aircraft are
the lifeline for missionaries that work in remote
places. Rather than traveling for days over roads that
are not much more than rutty paths to get from one place
to another, missionaries can go by airplane in four
hours. This is especially critical when there is a
medical emergency or civil unrest requiring evacuation
from a country.

SIMON and MARGARET MUHOTA
Simon Muhota is a pastor of the
Africa Inland Church (IAF). Simon has
accomplished much in Kenya including the construction of
a recording studio. The studio produces good
quality Christian programming for the people of Kenya
and surrounding areas.
Simon is also a regional
coordinator for AIF in the Nairobi area. His wife, Margaret works in the field of AIDS
awareness.

JONATHAN and JODI THAR
After several terms in Hong Kong, the Thars are now
serving in Taiwan. Jonathan is an
ordained minister, and Jodi is a Christian youth worker. |

Commission
Fund |

|
The Great Commission Fund supports the
missionary arm of the Christian & Missionary Alliance.
It is a contingent of over 600 missionaries serving all over the world,
in a number of venues.
Unlike most missions groups, the C&MA
missionaries are not supported individually, but as a corporate body.
When churches and individuals support the Great Commission Fund, they
are supporting these Christian workers all over the globe.
As an affiliate of the Christian &
Missionary Alliance, Canaan is proud to support this vital ministry.
